Who We Are
Voices for Climate Change (V4C) is a newly established climate solutions hub, officially registered on June 5, 2025—World Environment Day—with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP Reg. No. 0297035 under Section 16 of the Companies Act, 2017). This significant milestone underscores our unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship and reflects our core purpose: to serve as a catalyst for climate action in Pakistan’s most vulnerable and climate-stressed regions.
Headquartered in Quetta – Balochistan, V4C was founded in response to the escalating climate challenges that threaten the lives and livelihoods of communities across the province. As an emerging organization, we deliver context-specific, forward-looking climate services that encompass research, technical assessments, project design, policy advisory, and capacity building. Our work is deeply collaborative, engaging governments, development partners, NGOs, and local communities to build resilience and promote inclusive, sustainable development.
Our team consists of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise in climate policy, governance, adaptation strategies, and applied research. Together, we aim to bridge local needs with national priorities and global climate agendas, infusing Pakistan’s climate sector with fresh energy, local insights, and innovative approaches.

Our Story
“From Governance to Climate Change Governance”
Our founders—development professionals and community advocates—had spent years working in governance, public service, and community development across Balochistan. We collaborated with local governments, supported policy reforms, and implemented projects meant to improve lives.
But the reality on the ground was hard to ignore:
💧 Water sources dried up while people still waited for relief
⚠️ Villages flooded every year, displacing entire families
🌊 Sea levels rose, coastal lands eroded
🌡️ Heatwaves worsened—and no one was prepared
We realized that climate change was no longer just an environmental issue—it had become a crisis of planning, leadership, and governance..
A Change in Perspective
The systems in place simply weren’t built for the climate challenges communities face toay.
Budgets didn’t include climate resilience. Policies remained reactive. And the most vulnerable—farmers, women, youth, people with disabilities, and remote communities—were rarely part of the decision-making. That’s when we understood: traditional approaches were no longer enough.
A Different Type of Organization
We chose a different path.
Instead of creating another donor-funded non-profit, we founded V4C – Voices for Climate Change as a for-profit climate solutions company—because climate resilience requires long-term commitment, not short-term charity. And because no climate-focused company existed in Balochistan before—we built what was missing
Where We Work
From the drought-hit mountains of Loralai, the flood-affected plains of Jhal Magsi, and the cyclone-prone Makran coast, to the policy rooms of Quetta and Islamabad-V4C is here to ensure that the voices of the vulnerable are not only heard—but turned into action.
